Biography

Thomas Graney is a member of the Board of Directors of AC Immune SA. He previously served as CEO, CFO and an executive director of Oxurion NV, leaving the company in December 2023. Before joining Oxurion, he was CFO of Generation Bio, Senior Vice President and CFO of Vertex Pharmaceuticals, and CFO and Senior Vice President of Finance & Corporate Strategy at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals. Earlier in his career, Mr. Graney spent 20 years with Johnson & Johnson and its affiliates, including four years as Worldwide Vice President of Finance and CFO of Ethicon.

Mr. Graney has extensive international experience in finance and operations, spanning corporate development, commercial strategy, portfolio and supply chain management, communications and investor relations. He previously served as a non-executive director and Audit Committee Chair of Mogrify Limited. A Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder, Mr. Graney holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Delaware and an MBA in Marketing, Finance and International Business from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
