AC Immune is aware that the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. (“FDIC”) has taken control of Silicon Valley Bank (“SVB”) due to liquidity concerns. AC Immune holds less than $100,000 on deposit at SVB and otherwise has no exposure to SVB.
